At Beijing East West Media Co., Ltd, we are dedicated to producing quality media contents, including films, TV dramas, documentaries, animations, games and photographic works. We are driven by the mission to showcase the best of China to the world and bring the best of world cultures to China through our work. Our areas of expertise also extend to media project investment, artist/talent management, filmmaking/performance training, cultural event management, publishing as well as multilingual media project translation, planning and production (languages currently supported: Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean).

We offer integrated services covering media project planning, production, promotion and distribution in China and overseas. Our team is headed by Ziniu Wu, one of the most prominent members of China's world-renowned Fifth Generation directors, as well as famous producer and screenwriter Xiaojia Sima. We are comprised of China's top media industry professionals with many years of experience in the industry and countless award-winning works under their sleeves.

In the past three decades, our members have worked on many projects that won domestic and/or international awards and broke viewing records. Among these are films Evening Bell (wanzhong), Happy Hero (huanle yingxiong), Bloodshed in the Black Valley (diexue heigu), Sparkling Fox (huohu), Nanking 1937, National Anthem (guoge)...etc, and TV dramas The Crown and the People (tianxia liangcang), The Doctor (da guoyi), China Merchants (da cishang), The Troupe (chuang tianxia), Deng Xiaoping at History's Turning Point (lishizhuanzhezhongde Deng Xiaoping), Shun the Great (da shun)...etc. Many of the TV dramas produced by our members have been aired at prime time on China's most sough-after TV channel -- CCTV1. The awards our members have won include Silver Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival (Evening Bell), Golden Panda at the Montpellier International Film Festival, China's renowned Jinji Award, Baihua Award, Jinying Award and Huabiao Award, among many others. TV dramas The Crown and the People and Deng Xiaoping at History's Turning Point achieved the highest national ratings when they were aired.

One of our core missions is to tell China's stories to a global audience, and to bring world stories to China through international co-productions and exchanges. We are joined by young producers and filmmakers who have years of experience working in media industry overseas, are multilingual and in sync with changes and developments in today's increasingly globalised and digitalized media landscape.
